Once your OpenText subscription has been provisioned, you can expect to receive a Welcome email which will contain all next steps and expectations. These steps vary based upon the product that was purchased through OpenText (Carbonite, Webroot, Zix).
The Welcome email will either include a link to the Customer Portal with login details and instructions or it will include introductions to the Fulfilment team and will set expectations for the PS engagement to complete the install.

Carbonite:
- Go to the Carbonite Login and choose the corresponding subscription.
Webroot:
- Go to the Webroot Login
