Provisioning
After processing your order, the AppDirect Marketplace will provision your Acronis licenses. Once this is complete, you will receive an email acknowledgement from Acronis with next steps.
5 easy steps to activate:

Email Acknowledgement
You will receive an activation email within 24-48 hours containing important information:
- Your login information. This is the username that you will use to log in.
- An "Activate Account" button.
- Be sure to check your spam folder. If you do not receive this email within the expected timeline, please reach out to AppDirect for assistance at help@appdirect.com.

Activate Your Account
Click on the "Activate Account" button in the email. This will take you to a secure page where you'll set up your password. Please note:
- Your password must be at least nine characters long

If two-factor authentication is enabled by your administrator, you'll be prompted to set this up during activation.

Access the Cyber Protection Console
Once your account is activated, follow these steps to log in:
- Go to the Cyber Protection service login page
- Type your login (username) and click Next
- Enter your password and click Next again
- Click on "Cyber Protection" if you have access to multiple services
Note that if you have access to multiple Acronis services, you can switch between them by clicking the icon in the upper-right corner of the console. You can also use this icon to access the management portal if you are an administrator.

Explore Your Console
After logging in, you'll find various tools and features designed to protect your digital assets. Please visit Acronis’ Documentation page to access detailed user guides and learn more. Note that the console times out after 24 hours for active sessions or 1 hour for idle sessions.
