For new environments
AWS (Amazon Web Services) is a comprehensive cloud computing platform offered by Amazon. It provides a wide range of services including computing power, storage, databases, and more, allowing businesses to scale without the need for extensive hardware investments.
- After submitting an order for AWS on the Marketplace, you’ll need to sign our Terms and Conditions and a Professional Services contract (if applicable).
- If needed, a Professional Services team member will then help set up and manage your AWS environment.

For existing environments
- In addition to submitting an order on the Marketplace, you will need to fill out the AWS Rebill and Optimization Form to allow our team to start the process of transferring your agreement over to AppDirect.

Once the form has been submitted, your AppDirect Product Specialist will reach out to schedule a transfer call with you to complete the process. Please note that we require the Root Account access holder to be present on the transfer call.
- It is possible to integrate AWS with Cloud Optimization platforms such as Spot and Zesty. Please reach out to your Product Specialist for any questions.

CloudCheckr
- As part of your subscription, you also have access to CloudCheckr, a cloud management solution providing cost, resource allocation and security recommendations.
- For onboarding to CloudCheckr specifically, please reach out to graham.morris@appdirect.com. Please provide a list of users (including their email addresses) who need to be invited onto CloudCheckr to facilitate the initial onboarding process.
