Provisioning
After processing your order, the AppDirect Marketplace will provision your Dropbox licenses. Once this is complete, you will receive an email acknowledgement from Dropbox with next steps.

Email Acknowledgement
Look out for an email acknowledgement sent to your account admin’s email address from no-reply@dropbox.com. Please check your spam filter if you don’t receive this email. AppDirect might be blacklisted, so double-check with your IT team, or contact us at help@appdirect.com if it has been over 48 hours since the order was placed.

Accessing Dropbox
Follow the invitation link to go to Dropbox’s website, where you will create a username and password. As an admin, you will also be prompted to access the Dropbox Admin Console and complete setup. Watch this tutorial on how to access and what’s available.

Inviting Users
On the Dropbox portal, you will be prompted to invite your team members and download the Dropbox mobile and desktop app. Follow this guide for details.
