How to access Community
Community is the vCom Platform’s training hub — accessible right from the platform and filled with upcoming trainings, helpful resources, and a live discussion board.
Log in to the vCom Platform.
Click on Support from the top navigation bar and select Community.
On the first login, a prompt will appear to create an account.
Content available in Community
You can find the following content in the Community platform.
Lives:
Monthly live webinars you can sign up for in advance or join while they’re happening. Register ahead to save your spot — or jump in live and ask questions in real time.
Past Lives:
On-demand recordings of previous live webinars. Watch any past session anytime to catch what you missed or review key topics.
Courses:
Online, self‑paced courses that include short quizzes. Work through modules at your own pace and use quizzes to test your knowledge.
Discussions:
A place to chat with your vCom team and other customers. Post questions, share feedback, read product updates, and swap IT tips.
Resources:
Downloadable training materials and step‑by‑step videos covering the vCom Platform. Follow guides and videos across Procure-to-Pay: source new services, search orders & trouble tickets, pay invoices, and analyze your IT spend.
