Viewing the Status of Your Support Requests
To see the current status of your support requests,
- Log into the AppDirect Marketplace.

Click on the My Workspace icon next to the AppDirect logo. Then click on Support, if it appears in your recent apps list, or click Go to My Apps.
- Click on the Support tile.

Click on My Requests.
- You can see the subject of your inquiry, the ID, when it was created, when it last had activity, and the current status. Click on the subject of the ticket to get more detail.

- Ticket Details - Here you can see the details of your case in the right-hand column, the correspondence starting with your original inquiry, and all replies from the AppSmart Support Team.
- Add to conversation - This field allows you to respond with additional details if required.

Mark as solved - Click this button if the inquiry has been resolved to your satisfaction and you wish to close the case.
