What is GDAP? 

Microsoft Granular Delegated Admin Privileges (GDAP) gives your organization precise control over which roles and permissions AppDirect holds when managing your accounts across Microsoft 365, Dynamics 365, and Azure. You stay in full control of what we can and cannot do.

Why is GDAP required?

To support you effectively, AppDirect needs your authorization to manage your Microsoft subscriptions and support tickets on your behalf. The roles we are requesting are scoped specifically to what is needed to serve you, so you can feel confident approving them.

GDAP Process and Support

• GDAP requests are automatically included in Microsoft orders. The AppDirect Marketplace will send a GDAP access request email to your Microsoft 365 tenant Global Administrator for approval.
• You will receive a confirmation email once you accept the request. 

• The default duration of a GDAP relationship is 730 days (2 years), after which it can be extended.
