To Locate Unpaid Invoices
- Once logged into the AppDirect platform, choose Account to the left of your name. (You may have to click Manage, and then Account, depending on your role.)
- Click Billing.
- Select the Invoices tab under Manage Bills.
- You can then click Show Filters.
- Next to Status, select Unpaid in the drop-down menu to filter for all outstanding invoices.
- You will see the Pay Invoice option beside each outstanding invoice, select this to process payment.
