What are the benefits of consolidated billing with AppDirect?
Consolidated billing simplifies the way you track, manage and pay your invoices for business technology services. Rather than receiving multiple emails and multiple charges to your payment each month for every software subscription, you will only receive a single invoice, email, and charge to your payment method.
When will I receive my consolidated monthly invoice?
You will receive monthly recurring invoices on the 28th of each month.
What happens if I purchase a net new subscription?
For all net-new software subscriptions, you will be invoiced immediately for the period between the initial purchase date and the 27th of the current month if the purchase date was the 1st - 27th or the 27th of the next month if the purchase date was the 28th - 31st. This initial prorated invoice aligns your subscription invoice date to the 28th. After this initial prorated invoice, all future recurring invoices will continue to bill on the 28th of each month from the 28th of the current month until the 27th of the next month.
How will consolidated billing impact the renewal of my software subscription(s)?
