Step 1: Receive the Quote Notification
You will receive an email notification informing you that a new quote is ready for your review.
Step 2: Access the Quote
Click on the link provided in the email to access the quote. This will direct you to the quote review page on the platform.
You can also access the quote by logging into the platform.
Navigate to https://catalog.appdirect.com/en-US/home and log in with your credentials.
Click 1. Manage> 2. Account> 3. Applications> 4. Quote. Select the quote you wish to approve.
Step 3: Review the Quote
Carefully review the details of the quote, including the products or services listed, quantities, and prices to ensure everything is correct.
Step 4: Approve the Quote
Once you are satisfied with the quote, scroll to the bottom of the page and click the "Approve Quote" button. You will also need to accept the Terms and Conditions.
Step 5: Confirmation
After approving the quote, you will see a green notification on the same page stating, "This quote has been approved".
Step 6: Finalization
The quote will then be submitted for final approval and processing by the fulfillment team. You can track the status of your quote and subsequent order on the Purchases page.
