After Order Placement
Once your cloud order is placed, the AppDirect Marketplace will provision your licenses. Look out for an order confirmation email. Our Team may reach out to confirm key information, if necessary.
While your order is being processed, the Customer Onboarding Team will reach out and schedule a Marketplace Orientation Session. They’ll provide a walkthrough of the AppDirect Platform as well as answer any questions you may have. You can also click here to book a Session at your convenience.
What should you look out for?
- After processing your order, the AppDirect Marketplace will provision your licenses. You might receive an email with key information from the original provider as well, depending on the product procured.
- If temporary credentials or keys are included with your purchase they will be sent to you by the original provider or by AppDirect once made available. If you do not receive the expected temporary credentials/keys, please reach out to AppDirect for assistance at help@appdirect.com.
- In the Platform, visit the Billing section to view and download your invoices or update your payment method.
