When do I get my commissions statement?
You can view your commission statements within the AppDirect Platform. After you log in to the AppDirect Platform, you can access your commission statements by clicking on “Reports” from the top toolbar. From the “Reports” tab you will be able to easily download your commission statements.
Note: In order to view your commission reports, you require the Company Admin Role and the Advisor role.

When will my commission statements and payments be released?
All commission statements will be available on the AppDirect Platform on the 7th of every month. If you use AppDirect Pay to receive payments, your commission payment will also be released on the 7th of every month. If you use ACH to receive payments, your commission payment will be released on the 15th of every month.
If I’m not on AppDirect Pay, how do I sign-up?
Get started by logging in to the AppDirect Platform. From there, you can easily set up your account using this helpful video guide.
What if the scheduled payment release date falls on a bank holiday or weekend?
If a commission payment release date falls on a bank holiday or weekend, your payment will be released on the business day prior.
What if a provider submits their statements late to AppDirect?
If AppDirect receives payment from a provider after the first of each month, you will receive your payment in the following month’s commission run. AppDirect will continue to encourage providers to provide statements to meet the cutoff date of the first of each month.
If I have a question regarding my commission statement or payment, or if I find a
commission discrepancy, what should I do?
You can submit all questions regarding your commission statements or payments to AppDirect through the AppDirect Support app within your AppDirect Workspace. AppDirect Support allows you to submit, track and update all commission inquiries from your AppDirect Workspace.
