Provisioning

After validating your order, you will receive an order confirmation email from AppDirect.

Once procurement is complete, you will receive credential information from Broadcom or can reach out to AppDirect in case you’ve not received it. If you’re renewing your licensing then your keys will be updated in your Broadcom Support Portal.

Activation

For new subscriptions only - once order is provisioned the license keys will be delivered to the point of contact designated in your original Quote. You might receive this information from AppDirect as well. Instructions for activation will be included with your keys. These will be accessed via the Broadcom Support Portal.

When activating, keep in mind designating an active technical contact or email alias in your organization information. It is a best practice to make note of Site IDs, as these are required to activate the license keys once delivered.
